BEFORE YOU BEGIN

NAVIGATE (MOVE THROUGH) THE APPLICATION

Either jump directly to a page via links in the navigation panel, or move throughout the application using 'Next Page' or 'Previous Page' buttons on each screen.

 

SAVE YOUR DRAFT APPLICATION

Select 'Save and Close' to exit the application at any time. To continue, log in and select the 'My Submissions' link at the top of the screen to access the list of started or submitted applications.

Download PDFs of draft or completed applications via the 'Download PDF' button located at the bottom of the application's last page.

 

ATTACHMENTS AND SUPPORT DOCUMENTS

You may upload or attach supporting documents saved on your computer or on a storage device. A 5MB maximum file size is recommended. Allow enough time to upload each file before attaching another. Files can be up to 25MB each but the larger the file, the longer the upload time.

 

GROUP/TEAM APPLICATIONS

Multiple people can work on an application using the same log in details. Ensure only one person works on the application at a time, and save as you go.

 

SPELL CHECK

Most internet browsers have in-built spell-checkers, including Firefox v2.0 onwards, Safari and Google Chrome – switch this function on or off by adjusting your browser settings.

 

REVIEW YOUR APPLICATION

Review your application carefully as no changes may be made after submission, by selecting 'Review and Submit' via the navigation panel. Make sure mandatory questions are completed and there are no validation errors to submit the application.

 

SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION

Select 'Submit' on the screen or via the navigation panel to submit your application. You will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your submitted application to the email you used to register.

If you do not receive a confirmation of submission email then you should presume your submission has NOT worked.

Hint: also check the email hasn’t gone to your spam or junk email folder.
