Ancillary Dwelling Grants Program

Program information

The Ancillary Dwelling Grants Program will provide $10 000 for up to 500 eligible applicants to construct new ancillary dwellings that will be made available for long-term rental for at least two years.

The program has been extended to 31 December 2023 or until it is fully subscribed (whichever comes first).
