Program information

The $125 Winter Energy Supplement is being made available to eligible households in 2021 to reduce the financial stress winter energy bills can cause lower income families.

If your electricity is not supplied from a retailer because of your living arrangement (e.g. Retirement Village, Caravan Park) and you have an eligible concession card, you can apply for the Winter Energy Supplement through the Cost of Living Grant Program.
